Generally, our group class hours are:

7am-9am MW

9am-1:30pm M-F

5:30pm-6:30pm M-Th

10am- Noon - Sat

6pm-7pm - Sundays in November

Our pricing starts at $20 per session, depending on your budget and needs.

~Excluding Unlimited Membership Pricing which is dependent on the number of times you attend per month averaging $12 per class for current members.
