Stephanie Rompot, NPCT

She is a National Pilates Certified Teacher by NPCP. Stephanie also has specialized training in working with aging populations, larger bodies, neurological disorders, scoliosis, and more, believing deeply that Pilates is for every stage of life and continuous learning is her lifelong commitment.

At Sweetgrass Pilates, her sessions are thoughtful, supportive, and rooted in the belief that movement is powerful medicine.

Christian Loescher

A lifelong advocate for others, Christian built her career as a social worker in foster care and later as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), standing alongside children and families during times of transition. After years dedicated to supporting her community and raising her own children overseas, she found herself drawn to Pilates during the COVID pandemic when her daughter introduced her to the practice. What began as a way to unwind after long days in social work quickly became a deeper passion for the mind-body connection and the restorative power of movement. Christian is currently working toward her Reformer Pilates certification, excited to bring the same compassion, patience, and strength she offered in her social work career into the studio. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that Pilates is not only about developing physical strength but also about cultivating resilience and presence—qualities she has carried throughout her life of service and motherhood.

“Pilates creates a space to reconnect—with yourself, your body, and your inner strength. That’s the gift I hope to share.” – Christian
