Sweetgrass Pilates Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern monthly auto-renew membership and related policies. Memberships are defined as Founders Membership, Coastal Core Membership and Silver and Gold Memberships. Please review them carefully.

1. Monthly Auto-Renew Membership
Your membership is billed automatically each month to the payment method provided. It will continue to renew monthly until you choose to cancel. By enrolling in membership, you authorize Sweetgrass Pilates to charge your account on a recurring basis.

2. Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time and ensure class availability, we require that all class cancellations be made at least 18 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel within 18 hours of your scheduled class, the session will still be reserved for you as part of your membership cost and benefit to you.

3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for a scheduled class without canceling, the class will be still be reserved for you and no additional penalties will be inclurred.

4. Membership Changes and Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time with written notice at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

By participating in classes and using your membership, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Thank you for being part of the Sweetgrass Pilates community!

Sweetgrass Pilates Session Pass Holders Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern Session Pass Holders and related policies. Session Pass Holders are defined as Single Class Pass, 10 Session Pack, and 20 Session Pack. Please review them carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time and ensure class availability, we require that all class cancellations be made at least 18 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel within 18 hours of your scheduled class, the session will be deducted from your sessions available count.

  • If you cancel before 18 hours of your scheduled class, no session credit will be deducted.

2. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for a scheduled class without canceling, the session will be deducted from your sessions available count.
