    We clean our equipment after every use, deep clean the studio weekly including steam cleaning the mats 2-3 times a week for the best cleanliness.

    Instructors

    We are compassionate and care about your health and wellbeing. All instructors maintain certifications in various Pilates methods. We are First Aid Responder certified for CPR and AED by American Red Cross for your safety as well.
