  • Clean Studio

    We clean our equipment after every use, deep clean the studio weekly including steam cleaning the mats 2-3 times a week for the best cleanliness.

    Instructors

    We are compassionate and care about your health and wellbeing. All instructors maintain comprehensive certifications in various Pilates methods. We are First Aid Responder certified for CPR and AED by American Red Cross for your safety as well. We have an AED in studio as well for safety precautions. We have an older community and we want to be fully equipped for any emergency.

    • Slip on your grippy socks and sit on down on the reformer, they are required for hygiene.

    • Place your items in your cubby during class.

    • Pick a Reformer we will check your setup for you personalized.
