Seaside Stretch Is Back on Saturdays
By popular request, Seaside Stretch returns Saturdays at 11:00am for February—a perfect way to unwind, restore, and move mindfully into your weekend. If attendance stays high, we will keep it into March and beyond!
Open Studio – Wednesdays at 10:00am
Starting February, Open Studio is available to Unlimited members every Wednesday at 10:00am, offering dedicated time to move independently, explore all of the equipment - from Ladder Barrel to Cadillac - and deepen your personal practice in a supported studio environment with a personalize plan just for you when you arrive! This session is now available in app. We do not take waitlists due to the nature of the personalized plans that need to be prepped before you arrive. Thank you for being so willing to try something new! I am eager to have you explore and use the equipment the way Joe taught.
